Thank you to Ruth, who commented on my previous post, for writing today about Paul Cardell and his mission to get this Act passed. For those of you who might not know, Paul is an accomplished musician and an Adult Survivor of CHD. Paul recently met with Senator Orrin Hatch to discuss this very topic. Please check out his website to read about this meeting, his journey with CHD (including a recent heart transplant) and his unwavering faith in God. He's an inspiration to me and all parents of children with CHD.
