A walk is held at the national level annually, and you can raise money for it even without walking. I intend to help out with this in the years to come, as it looks like I missed the one this year.

I am also looking into reformatting this blog to keep all these websites on the main page so they are more easily accessible. As I stated in a previous post, I truly feel compelled to spread the word and raise awareness about CHD. This is only the beginning of that journey.
